On Halloween night our friends, the Poehners, had us and all of our fellow neighbors over for a warm soup and salad feast. Fun times. This was the 1st Halloween Gabriella wore a costume. When I asked her about it, she told me that she wanted to
dress up like a clown! Grandma Rosie came through and wipped up the cutest clown costume in one day. I need to learn how to sew!

We didn't go trick or treating that night. If you know me you know that I'm anti-sugar and I wasn't about to collect a pillow case of candy for my 2 year old. No matter though. She was so content to dress up, play with Audrey and snack on some delicious corn bread. I did indulge and hand out some treats to the kids in the neighborhood though...I couldn't deny them, poor little guys. Next year I should hand out toothbrushes!!:)
