Gabriella Milan the Artist

Our daughter fascinates us daily. Lately we've been in awe at her drawing abilities. JM and I both love the arts and I think it's rubbing off on her. Here are several of her drawings she's done in the last month. Incidentally,  John-Mark and I did not help her in anyway, neither in direction or telling her what to draw.

  An artist at work

The Warkentin Family (JM, Gabriella in the middle and Me)

She said "This is Papa"

She said "This is Mama"
The date is wrong. I meant to write on the board 1/25/09..not 08.

She said "This is an elephant."

She said "This is a mouse."

CUTE! So talented! Those will be very valuable someday when she is a famous artist!

Wow... totally awesome! She has a great sense of facial orientation for 2 1/2 . We should get the kids together for an art playdate!

Pretty cool...
I can see JM in his picture and your glasses in yours.

How much time is she spending at the easel? Does she do this in 5 or 10 minutes or quicker? Just wondering how her attention span is growing...

It's sure fun to see her and her "work."
