Getting The Hang of It.

For this blog entry I thought I'd post a whole bunch of videos and pictures. It's so fun to watch our kiddies grow. I don't know how many times I've viewed these videos...several. Our Gabriella Milan is getting so big....I miss my baby girl at times but I am in love with the little lady she is becoming! Our Jude Elliot is getting big too...chunky might be the better word. He's responding more and more each day and is smiling. He's gaining weight beautifully and nursing is so enjoyable for both of us now. Enjoy these snap shots of our life!

For her 3rd Birthday, Ella girl received this scooter, helmet and knee pads from our neighbors (Linda Collins...who she calls Gams, Maria, Jarrett and Kayla Pope). WHAT A GIFT!! They are so sweet and generous to our family.

I've been carrying Jude in our Ergo carrier. I think, wanting to be like Mama, Gabriella found her baby carrier for her doll. She's such a little Mommy.

We were listening to some music while we were eating lunch last weekend. There really is no way you can not move while listening to the BeeGees, right?! Gabriella likes the BeeGees...can you tell. Night Fever.

I love our daughter's artistic ability. Here she talks about her latest work "Blue Bird"

Here are some semi recent pictures of our baby Jude. He is already changing and looking different from these shots. His eyes are still blue-ish. We're still wondering what color they will be.

Ahhhh sleep

Jude is really starting to smile a lot these days. He has dimples! Dimples are an inherited trait of the Chavira family (My Mom's side). My grandpa had 2 huge dimples, my mom has 2 huge dimples and I, my sister and many of my cousins have them too. It's fun to see the dimples carried on. We'll try to capture the dimples for our next blog entry. For now, here is a cute little video of the lazy boy.

John-Mark took his last vacation day on Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. It was a wonderful 4 day weekend. We went to the Long Beach Aquarium, Balboa Beach, our new favorite Tea Lounge in Fullerton and hung around the house. It was wonderful.

Gabriella and Papa made the sand castles. Gabriella said that it was "our house, Trader Joe's, and sand castle city."

Here are some last photos of us sleeping...not getting as many zzzz as we would like these days but we're loving life with our 2 babies. I think we're finally getting the hang of things.
JM took this really early one morning before he left for the train.

I took this one of my sleeping boys one morning. JM had taken Jude to our little reading pad to burp him after I fed him...I guess they both fell asleep after that.
