Snap shots of January

I've been wanting to take  regular photos of the kiddies in daily life. Here are some snapshots from January. I am so thankful for these little lovies every day. They bring life and joy and delight and wonderful chaos to our home.

This girl. I love her  "I'm getting new teeth" smile.

She banged up her nose pretty good playing with her Pop and brothers at the park.

She's reading like I've never read...like John-Mark's never read......
We're talking 1200 pages in about a months time. I hope this love of hers never changes.

She's growing up...growing tall (thank you JM)....learning what it means to be thankful and content ...that's hard sometimes for her...has the gift of hospitality...is so thoughtful....loves to craft, draw and sew...can polish off plates of pesto pasta..and still doesn't like berries cause they're gooshie in her mouth.

This boy. I love his mysterious eye. What are your thinking Son?

He bites his nails but is trying not to. I have to remind him.

He's my sensitive boy. He's tender hearted and intuitive and observant. He loves music and I am almost certain music is in his future. He's loving his cars lately. He loves to wrestle with his Papa. Is always hungry but is a lean machine like his Pop.

 His sister is his best friend. He is becoming a better listener and obeys  quicker. He asks great questions and his mind is always turning. He loves all  berries and doesn't think they are gooshie in his mouth.

This boy is hilarious. He loves dates...they are candy to him. I have to limit these special treats or he'll go overboard.

Is always hungry like his brother and has a little pansa to show for.

JM took theses shots and no,  no I couldn't choose just a couple. His face.

He is a riot and says the funniest things like...when JM spanked his hand for writing on the furniture (he knows better...like everyday he is told) and he said to his Papa "I don't believe it, you just spanked my hand!" He loves Lightning McQueen (but has never seen Cars) and calls him "ligh-ning"....he loves to watch videos of himself as a baby....his favorite veggie is red cabbage although he corrects me and says "no it's purple cabbage".... He loves fruit and wants it "BIG" in other words he'd rather me not cut it up too much. He loves to cuddle with Mama and yes.. is still nursing...:)

My JM. He's been working so hard for the family. Designing till the wee hours of the night sometime. Very giving and loving hubby and Papa. The kids aren't the only ones who have grown...JM too...growing in the Lord, a man of faith and virtue. So thankful for my German.

Gardener....door stainer....bike rider...comes home for luncher...such a great designer...(see his latest project here...designed the entire thing and it's so beautiful)...lets me keep him awake to talk at night when he really just wants me to turn off the light and go to sleep. Love this man

Thankful Lord. I am so thankful Lord and I don't take these gifts for granted.
