When I asked Gabriella what kind of theme she would like for her 10th Birthday party I wasn't surprised when she said "An Art Party!!" Besides reading, Arts and crafts are her very favorite thing to do. We invited 6 of her friends to join us for her celebration. Omi and Opa as well as Grandma, Auntie Mo and Uncle Ronnie joined us for the festivities.
First project was to make personal Silhouettes. They were so fun to make and the girls did fantastic!
I helped a little bit with the trimming.
Made the same banners for Gabriella's party....I exchanged the orange banners I made for Jude's for some fuchsia ones.
A few presents to open. Her friends know her well and were very generous.
Next project "god's eye" out of sticks and yarn.
I can't believe my little bitty baby girl is 10. 10! That's a big number and I'm a bit sad it went this fast. I can still remember her birth like it was yesterday, my first born who made me a mama. Cherishing every moment over here....as JM reminds me that we only have 7 more years before she graduates High School! Not going there yet. We love you Gabriella Milan. Gabriella- means heroine of God. I love her name and what it means. Gabriella, we praise the Lord for the young girl you've become and how you love and walk with the Lord. We cherish you and I thank Him for every year that He's given you.
