Lots going on in the month of April and lots of pictures to share. Let's start with Miss Ella's artwork. She is growing so much as an artist. Below is a picture of her on the far left, her friend Audrey far right and Audrey's brother Isaiah in the middle. I didn't help her one iota!
It's raining...our favorite kind of weather
Brother and Sisterly love. Jude is good enough to eat!

Yes....the toofers finally came in!!! Jude's showing off his new pearly whites!
You should see the garden. Growing!! This is week 4's progress

Week 5....it's all starting to explode.

We've been harvesting our lettuce. Delish!

Random shots of our beautiful girl
Jude is 9 months and still wanting to eat the sign. Guess what? He said his first word last week. Can you guess what it was? Does he have a Mama? Yes. But was that his first word? No. It was doggie. Yes, doggie. Do we have a doggie? No. hmm. His second word was KK-Kaa (aka Kitty Cat). No cat either.

I can't believe I got this shot. I love our boy. He's a happy kid. See his growing choppers.
We celebrated JM's 31st B-day. His folks came down and we had a really nice weekend with them. To celebrate we went to George's Greek Cafe for dinner and then to my folk's house for a little Vegan Chocolate Cake. Thanks Auntie Mo for making dessert happen. :) It was yum.

I look dog tired, don't I!? Sheesh. JM too. Our kids, although way past their bedtimes, looked refreshed!
JM took these shots of his folks and Gabriella with the Lensbaby. Love em! It caught the beauty and personality of Gabriella!
This was so cute. Jude just put his head down on his sissy's leg. He looked so content and comfortable. They're reading stories with Omi and Opa.

We took a long walk this weekend to our new favorite lookout point with JM's folks and our friends the Rineharts. It's about 4 miles round trip. On a clear day you can see all the way to downtown LA.
On Sunday after church we took Omi and Opa on a little picnic at the Fullerton Arboretum. It was a beautiful day for a picnic lunch and stroll.
Here's a couple shots of Gabriella and I practicing our violins. Did I mention that I'm learning too!? Her violin teacher lent me a violin. I love it but wished I would have learned earlier! "I would have been a great proficient!" :) Our girl is doing quite well. She said to me the other day "Mom, I don't love the violin... but I like it." That's ok with us...she doesn't have to love it. It's just part of her education right now. I pray she grows to love it in the future. She's learning self discipline, concentration, patience and what it means to work hard at something...me too.
