Happy and Surprised Gabriella

For Gabriella's present we decided to give her my doll house that I had as a girl. I loved this house when I was little. Gabriella loves to roll play and so we thought this would be a perfect gift. And we're recycling which is a plus! My mom and I cleaned it up, put new wall paper on the bottom floor and I made a new bed spread for the Mommy and Daddy dolls. She loved it!

Our happy Boy. No big gifts for him. He's content to play with tissue and boxes.

We made these flowers from tissue paper and the tall Warkentin men hung them from the ceiling.

Jude loved the flowers.
And for the Menu......
Cinnamon Ice Tea, Water with Lemon and Water with Mint

Caprese Salad

My Mom made Roasted Beet Salad with Spinach, Goat Cheese and Pumpkin Seeds. I could have eaten the whole thing!

We also had Pesto Pasta, Hummus with toasts and Lil Grandma's Beans.
Ella saw me making little labels for the food and wanted to make some of her own. I love her drawings.
Birthday Girl

Sun Hat from Grandma

Magnetic Paper Dolls from Omi

Kisses from Lil Grandma and Auntie Mo
Our Big Boy!

Admiring one of Sissy's gifts. I love his profile.
We all wore these firemen hats that Lil Grandma brought.

Homemade Almond Ice cream...vegan and sweetened with dates and agave nectar.

Auntie Mo made the cakes...of course.
Jude's World Cup Cake. GOALLLLL!
I love this shot that JM took of My Grandma. She'll be 90 this September.

Up from his nap
Happy Birthday to you cute sleepy face.

Vegan Carrot Cake. Yum, but he didn't like the texture of the frosting. He wiped it all over his chest.
Thanks Auntie Mo for my Vegan Chocolate Cake..no eggs, no butter, no refined sugar, princess decorations and Mama approved. Yum.
