Happy 1st Jude & Happy 4th Gabriella

Look who turned 1 year on July 21st! Seriously the fastest year of my life!! Our baby is growing up! He's a joy and a delight and we loved celebrating another year God has given him. Gabriella and I took him to the park for a little Birthday picnic lunch. Double Birthday celebrations were this past weekend. Pictures to follow.

Papa came home with a Birthday surprise for Jude. How cute are theses!
Jude's first pair of Chucks
Awww, how adorable!!
(note how excited Jude is about his new shoes..."Ah yah, my sis and mom are distracted with taking a picture so I'm going to move in on the pens they always take away from me")

The next day was Gabriella's 4th Birthday!!! Our sweet girl continues to bless us with her life. We are so grateful for such a wonderful little girl. She is growing each day in stature in loveliness and in knowing Jesus. We love our funny girl.

When we go to my parent's house, Gabriella has so much fun watching a special cable show called "Sprout" . It's part of PBS. Anyways, every day a different host wishes children happy birthday on the air. Parents can submit a homemade card for their "Sproutlet's" Birthday. Only 2 cards are chosen and shown on air each day. Yes, maybe a long shot but....I decided to make one for my Birthday Girl and mail it in. She loves this program and I thought it would be so special if her card was chosen. What a Birthday treat. The day of her birthday July 22nd, we went to my folk's house. The network doesn't inform you if you were chosen for that day...you just need to watch. I set up the vcr just in case.......

Watch to see if Sean wishes Gabriella Happy Birthday.....gotta be patient.

Loved the pics and video of Ella's B-day announcement on TV. I looked, again, at the pics of our camping trip. What fun that was! I love all the shots of Bodie. You can only get those in a ghost town like that. Can't wait to see pics from the birthday weekend!
