Our girl had her recital this past weekend. Both sets of grandparents came as well as little Grandma. Gabriella was stupendous! I cried, my mom cried, JM cried. You know, it didn't even matter to us if she played her song "Lightly Row". The mere fact that she got up on stage, played her song and endured the loud applause was a great feat!! We were so proud of her and to celebrate we went to our favorite gelato place in Fullerton, Frati!

The next day we celebrated my b-day at a fab restaurant in Newport Beach True Food Kitchen. The cuisine was organic, sustainable and sooo delish. Can't wait to go on a date with JM so we can try other yummy things on the menu. I don't have any photos of that day...I was too busy eating.

True Food is our new fave restaurant! Went there for my birthday, too :) That's pretty much the only place we go to when we are down in OC now!
