This past Saturday JM and the kids planted our organic garden. I was looking back at pictures yesterday and found some with Gabriella still in diapers helping her Papa harvest lettuce. She loves to garden...and I don't mean plant one seed and she's done...this girl will spend hours outside with her Papa in the dirt. Jude is enjoying it more and more and is starting to help out.
This year we asked Gabriella if she'd like to invite one of her friends over for a gardening class with Papa. She asked one of her friends who is in her home school group. This for sure counts as science credit! JM taught them all about seeds, soil, how to plant and drew a sweet little picture (that I failed to take a picture of) illustrating what happens above and below the soil. What a day!
Gabriella and her friend Kirra sorting out where these little plants will go
Who's that man behind the hole?
There he is again...

JM and the kids planted seeds in the "coconut skin" like containers this past January. They are ready to go in the ground.

It was exciting for me to pick out all the tomato plants at Fullerton Arboretum. This year I got some good ones. The Pink Accordion Heirloom and Julia Child Heirloom tomatoes are the ones I am most excited about.
Tada
Week #1
If you aren't in love with our Ansel than these images may be too much for you. I kind of went crazy with the camera and took so many pictures of him. He's is too precious for words. JM and I agree that Ansel has kind eyes. He loves us with his eyes. If you are in love with our Ansel, enjoy these...if not, you don't know what you're missing.
Are you kidding me? I can eat him up!
Sissy was making him laugh
Our sick Ju-ji. :(
That's how I feel too Jude. Gabriella was just getting over her bug this weekend...we all have it now. All of us....fun times. Lots of lemon and honey tea.

Ansel is sick too.....

Runny nose and coughing......
but still a happy boy.

His eyes are so beautiful! I see Gabriella in them too.
Oh thank you Jen! Yes indeed..this little boy looks like his sissy...it's weird looking at their baby pix side by side...he's just bigger and has blue eyes.
