Our first born turned 5 on July 22nd! 5. That sounds big. JM reminded me that if she leaves our home for college at 18 she has already lived a 1/4 of that time with us. I told him to stop...I can't go there yet! She starts Kindergarten this August, is learning to read, write and is becoming more independent.
Yesterday Grandma and Grandpa came over. They brought more treats for the kids to open and Grandpa gave the kids his annual chunk of change! Every year, since Gabriella was born, my pop has saved all his change and money from recycling for an entire year. He then blesses our kids with the money on their Birthdays. This year he saved over $450! It all goes into their college fund!
Opening a Hello Kitty Paint with water. I used to love these as a kid.
I bought this when Gabriella was 2 years and have been saving it for the right time. Found it for $3 at a Mervyn's closing sale of all places! She was so excited. I'm not a HS Musical fan...I loved the little doll because of her name. :)
