This past week we spent our vacation in Mammoth. We, along with my folks, sis and Grandma spent 5 days in a beautiful condo and enjoyed what Mammoth had to offer. It was perfect weather and it was wonderful to be back in nature.
Canyon Lodge Village
We bought Jude and Gabriella some new sunglasses.
There were games within the village for us to play...even a life size chess set.
Little Grandma
Early Morning Breakfast (thanks mom for letting me sleep!)
First Day of Fishing. Dad, Mo and JM went fishing at Lake Mary. Sadly they came home with only frozen fingers.
One evening before the kids went to bed we took a drive to the Minaret Vista. It was a gorgeous view and freezing. Snow in July. Who knew!
Yes my kids are wearing pjs. That's the reason for the Pippi Longstocking pattern combos.
Day 2 of Fishing. This time a pontoon boat was rented.
Dad caught one. JM caught and then lost one.
Bad hair...the entire trip. I need a cut.
We celebrated the kid's Birthdays in Mammoth as well. This week they will turn 5 and 2. What a nice party we had. Mo made vegan chocolate cupcakes and JM and I made vegan strawberry ice cream. Only 4 ingredients for the ice cream and it was scrumptious. Fresh strawberries, coconut water, cashews and dates. We ate it for breakfast the next morning.
Grandma made crowns out of tin foil. Walton's style.
She was so happy to get her very own camel back water bottle.
Jude too.
Little tractor from Omi and Opa
For some reason Jude likes the Paul Frank Monkey and always makes a monkey sound effect. Got him a new shirt and B-day plates.
Hunk with the hat making ice cream
Visited Devil's Post Pile. Natural Phenomenon.
Working on a Junior Ranger activity book. It was pretty advanced so she needed help from Papa and me. We finished it together and Gabriella received a certificate and a patch at the end of our time. Cool!
