For lunch, a little tomato salad with garbanzo beans, parsley, shallots and some lemon and olive oil
From the look of these photos you may think....Jude didn't like the tomato salad, but Gabriella looks like she did. On the contrary...the boy ate up the tomatoes but Gabriella said no way Jose. I made her try one of these delicious beauties that she planted in the garden. She finally ate it once I hid it in her grill cheese sandwich. Someday I hope she loves them as much as we do. She doesn't know what she's missing. By the way, the Green Zebras were delectable. We're growing those again next year!
